Our batiked wall hangings are easy, natural home decor to mix and match! We start with natural unbleached linen sourced from a Tanzanian textile mill. All of our patterns use hand-carved stamps based on our original designs. Our partner artisans use wax to stamp the patterns, then hand-dye the fabric to a deep, neutral black. Due to the handmade nature of the process, the fabric retains gorgeous textural variation. We hang them on dowels with natural hemp twine so they are ready to be mounted.

Our hand-dyed linen is all made by the fairly paid artisans of our partner co-operative in Tanzania. All of the co-op member artisans are all part-owners of the co-op, so they own 100% of the co-op and its profits.
